Shipping and Payment

1. Shipping Area
getlustiq.hu ships to the Member States of the European Union. The countries and delivery addresses available for selection during checkout constitute the destinations that are actually available for shipping at the time of placing the order.
2. Shipping Methods
Orders are generally delivered by GLS or by another contracted logistics partner displayed during checkout. The home delivery, parcel point or other delivery options available for the relevant address are shown during checkout.
Not all delivery methods are available in every country or for every postal code. The delivery options actually offered during checkout at the time of placing the order shall apply to the relevant order.
3. Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free for orders with a gross product value of HUF 18,000 or more.
The threshold is calculated based on the value of the products after discounts have been deducted and does not include shipping, cash on delivery or any other additional fees.
Where payment is made in a currency other than Hungarian forint, the condition displayed during checkout corresponding to the HUF 18,000 free shipping threshold shall apply.
4. Shipping Costs Below HUF 18,000
For orders with a product value below HUF 18,000, the shipping fee depends on the destination country, delivery address and selected delivery method.
The Webshop automatically calculates the exact shipping fee based on the shipping address provided and the selected delivery method. The applicable shipping fee is displayed in the checkout summary before the customer submits an order involving an obligation to pay.
Before submitting the order, the Customer has the opportunity to review the delivery method and shipping address and, within the options available, modify them.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Any dispatch or delivery times displayed on the product page, during checkout or in order-related communications may be estimates.
For international deliveries, the destination country, logistics network, public holidays, extreme weather or other circumstances affecting transportation may result in longer delivery times.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we will perform the contract no later than 30 days after the contract has been concluded.
6. Heat-Sensitive Products
Certain products, including chocolate, may be sensitive to high external temperatures.
Depending on the season, we may use cooling materials, thermal protection or other logistics measures to help protect heat-sensitive products during transportation.
After receiving your order, please inspect the package and the product within a reasonable period of time and follow any storage instructions displayed on the packaging or product page.
If a product arrives damaged, melted or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, please contact us at hello@lustiqlab.com.
Our request that you notify us promptly does not limit your statutory warranty or other mandatory consumer rights.
7. Payment Methods
The following payment methods may be available:

Bank card / Shopify Payments – using card types accepted during checkout.

Apple Pay – on supported Apple devices, browsers and in supported regions.

Google Pay – where offered during checkout.

Shop Pay – where offered during checkout.

Cash on delivery – in countries and for delivery methods where this option is supported.
The availability of digital wallet payment methods may depend on the Customer's device, browser, region and the relevant payment service settings.
The availability and fee of cash on delivery may vary depending on the destination country or delivery method. The exact fee is displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
8. Online Payment Security
Online payment information is processed by Shopify Payments and, where applicable, by the relevant payment or digital wallet provider in accordance with their own security and privacy terms.
Natural Bond Kft. generally does not receive or store the Customer's complete bank card number or card security code.
For security purposes, the payment provider may require additional authentication.
If a payment is unsuccessful or declined, the order may not be accepted.
